Rev. Dr. Derick Easter is hosting a one-day Leadership Workshop designed to help leaders grow from the inside out. Rather than focusing only on skills or titles, this workshop centers on formation before function, because leadership that lasts begins with who you are, not just what you do.

This experience is built around four core areas of leadership growth: Heart, Hands, Head, and Habits. Participants will reflect on character and integrity, strengthen how they carry responsibility, sharpen decision-making, and develop daily practices that support leadership over time.
